Join a beginner-friendly Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) class focused on health, movement, and steady learning. No prior martial arts experience is required.
These are FREE weekly meetups covering the fundamentals of Chen Style Hunyuan Taijiquan, including basic alignment, breath and intent coordination, and introductory work on 24 & 48 Fist Forms, 48 Sword Form, push-hands, and qigong. Classes include Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups, suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners.
Sessions are held weekly, rain or shine, unless cancelled in advance, with an emphasis on health, consistency, and supportive community practice.
