Join us for an International Brunch Potluck at 10:30 AM at Washington Park on Sunday June 15! Please bring an item to share. Tea will be provided. Depending on RSVP, one main item can also be provided. Sorry for the short notice but reservations are hard to get at Wash Park.
The weather is going to be very warm towards the afternoon, so we recommend coming early. We can add volleyball and frisbee golf. For kids there's a playground next to the picnic site. The site also has restrooms nearby, tables, and electricity. Bring games and fun things to do on a gorgeous summer like morning and enjoy hot tea.
Tropical Fruit Alert!!
We'll have samplings of some typical tropical fruits - mangoes, guava, sugarcane, coconut etc. Also, we'll try to make homemade delicious mango ice-cream using Kesar or Alphonso flavorsPlease make sure food items are fully cooked. Join International Friends for a series of 10 Walks to Farmers Markets in Denver and Suburbs plus Breckenridge. Get to know the local small business markets and international popup vendors and yes, you can buy your produce for the week here! Bring your shopping bags, if needed! Get a taste of the local produce and snacks/lunch/brunch. Most are family friendly with additional cultural items such as live music or art.
This is a great way to meet new people and make international friends while getting to know your local markets.
