Imagine your ideal Friday night: cool, friendly, respectful international people! No party-crashers. No unwanted attention. No creeps intruding your space. Just a beautiful place where you can actually talk and hear each other + make meaningful connections. That's exactly what you find at our Secret Friday Social!

Wow, but WHY SECRET? Well, to keep the party-crashers away... Our Friday Socials are VERY popular! To keep our promise, we prefer to limit the audience and focus on quality over quantity. We don't want "many people"! We want people who will make a great, fun and diverse evening!

So how to join? You must enter our ticket lottery at https://worldcitizenfridays.eventbrite.co.uk!
- If you pass the lottery, you will receive an invitation email titled "our secret venue" with the exact address on Thursday or Friday.
- Most people will get in - we look at a number of things to make sure each event will have a unique and interesting combination of people!

Event details
-When? Every Friday, 7pm until late. Join anytime!
-Where? The secret location changes every week, but it is usually a short distance from the London Bridge/Monument/Tower Hill area.
-Cost: Pay for your own meals or drinks
-Hosts: We have a rotating team and the host of each event may vary
-Can I bring a friend? If you receive the invitation email, please follow the process described there to bring a friend. Do not share the secret venue address with anyone

These private events are for everyone to feel safe, welcome and comfortable; where everyone can be heard; where everyone can maintain boundaries with harmony. Thank you for your cooperation!

We put women first: Over 80% of women in the UK say that nightlife is unsafe (YouGov Oct 2021 poll) because of predator men and alcohol/substance abuse. We want to completely change that: World Citizens proactively designs event systems for everyone to enjoy a safe and pleasant evening.
