This user groups is founded in February 2013 by IT Pro's with a passion for everything that has to do with managing Windows, but not limiting to Windows.

Our goal is to provide a platform for IT-Pro's to share knowledge gain from the field and to share tips and tricks. This can be done via periodic physical meetups, virtual events, blogs or other channels. We want you to join us and take up the role within our User Group by sharing your knowledge with your peers from the community.

Session title: Endpoint Analytics and Proactive Remediation

Session abstract: Proactive Remediation is a part of the new Microsoft Endpoint Manager feature Endpoint Analytics. Proactive Remediation allows you to detect and fix common support issues on a user’s device.

Proactive remediation are script packages that can detect and fix common issues on a user's device before they even realize there is a problem. These remediation's can help organizations proactively reduce future support calls.

In this session I will share firsthand experience creating and deploying Proactive Remediation script packages. I will help you navigate common pitfalls and give you a shortcut to start using Proactive Remediation script, share real life Proactive Remediation scripts and how to harvest the Proactive Remediation information.

This session is for you who never heard about Proactive Remediation, for you who already implemented Proactive Remediation and want to get new ideas to the use of Proactive Remediation.

About Jesper Nielsen :
Jesper Nielsen is a Solutions Architect and self-proclaimed Technology Provocateur, Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) and former Windows Insider MVP (WIMVP). He has been working hands-on with small- and large-scale IT-Infrastructure in many different industries for more than 25 years. He thrives on challenging status quo, especially within the field of Modern Work and Security and unified endpoint management solutions. He feels impelled when working with enterprise customers on difficult, technical issues and developing innovative, creative solutions and successfully catapult them into the new era of Modern Work and Security.

Jesper Nielsen have designed and implemented several generations of Windows and Workplaces for all sized companies, spanning governmental, financial, and healthcare organizations to more traditional enterprises and production businesses, and must often “prove” the strategy and design for key stake holders and management up to C-level.

Jesper Nielsen is the founder of the Windows Management User Group, Denmark and is active in the community and can often be found at user group events as both speaker and attendee. He has been facilitating numerous seminars and events and has made several speaker appearances over the years were his passionate style of delivery, combined with his sense of humor, has made him a recognize speaker.
He does the work he does, because he is loving it, he likes the people he meets and is always embracing the inner nerd and good presentation skills.

He finished a marathon around the four hours’ mark, have been a gymnastics instructor for more than 30 years, he is enjoying exploring technology and guide his kids into new technologies and is currently teaching himself C# for Windows app development.
He was awarded the MVP Status for Windows and Devices for IT for the first time, July 2016.
