Not meeting in person means that we are not reliant on speakers who can physically attend either. This allows us to have people present from further afield. And that's what we're doing this time.
This time we're going to be joined by Jesse Liberty with a brief session that will cover the new features in C# 8.
Jesse Liberty is a former Technical Evangelist for Microsoft and now a senior programmer working for Cognizant, specializing in Xamarin.Forms.
You might know him from his website (http://jesseliberty.com/), the many books he's written, or his podcast.
Partly due to timezone allowances and partly as an experiment, this meetup will be at 3 pm UK time. Hopefully, current working arrangements will allow you to attend.
If anyone has been working on something recently that they'd like to do a short show-and-tell on, please get in touch and we'll get you in too.
