West Coast Super Meetup: Bay Area + Seattle + Portland July 25th! 🎉

Hello, Write the Docs Bay Area!

Here's a cool story from the Write the Docs Portland Conference this past May. I met and talked with several technical writers from around the globe and across the country. Two of the technical writers I connected with are fellow meetup organizers: Jerome Villegas (Write the Docs Seattle) and Nathan Barbarick (Write the Docs PDX).

We discussed the idea of potentially combining forces across all three of our meetups to create a super meetup that would bring together members of Write the Docs Bay Area, Seattle, and Portland—all in one hour, at the same time, during lunch.

Well, the time has arrived. We're hosting the first West Coast Super Meetup of 2025, and you're cordially invited. This will be a casual virtual meetup starting at noon, where attendees will discuss various technical writing topics and have the opportunity to join breakout rooms for more specific discussions if desired. Here's the tentative event agenda:

• 12:00-12:10 PM: Welcome, housekeeping, and general introductions
• 12:10-12:55 PM: Breakout rooms and main room hallway conversations
• 12:55 PM-1:00 PM: Virtual networking, and wrap-up
