Having a great joy walking, biking, dancing and playing is easier with great healthy joints, bones, and, as Ayurveda Says - Balanced Vata Dosha.

Yet, when the joint is inflamed like in Gout - we balance Pitta (fire) dosha
When its stiff, swollen and cool - Kapha dosha (earth and water) needs to be balanced.
