Welcome to our last free introductory course of 2025, covering a range of skills to help quieten the mind, reconnect with the spiritual heart and introduce the ABC’s of setting up an effective home practice. A meditation-immersion experience covering:

– mantras and music
– visualization
– the four paths of yoga
– body-mind connection
Admission is free, simply turn up on the evening. With guest presenter Jogyata Dallas, an author and international presenter. No need to bring anything, ample free street parking available.
