You’re invited to a free four evening course covering the essentials steps in establishing your own successful, personal meditation program. This is a structured, progressive course covering a wide canvas of meditation skills and held over consecutive Tuesdays, May 19, 26; June 2, 9. 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
The four sessions will be led by longtime meditation practitioner Jogyata Dallas, who spent many years under the guidance of the late Indian spiritual master Sri Chinmoy. ‘Getting Started’ is a program specifically for people with an interest in exploring the many pathways of meditation and cultivating a home practice.
Free admission throughout.
