Are you seeking a space to connect, heal, learn or grow among other black women? The Healing Rooms connects black women who are on a journey of healing or self discovery to identify, explore, accept and change patterns of behaviour, emotions/feelings and thoughts.

Parenting
Are you seeking parental support?
Feeling challenged or concerned with your teen?
Struggling with or trying to juggle your healing with parenting?
Experiencing anxiety about your child(ren)s future?

Boundaries
Are you working on identifying and/or strengthening your boundaries? or perhaps loosening them to allow good things in?
Maybe you're learning how to navigate (disfunctional) family, partner or workplace relationships?

Inner Child Healing
Are you learning to or seeking support with healing and reparenting your inner child?
Do you find yourself constantly trying to fix, achieve and problem solve?
Are you looking to find your voice?
Perhaps you find yourself constantly 'doing' and struggle to rest?

Ancestral Healing
Are you struggling to fufil your potential in life?
Are you stuck in a reoccurring pattern or find that you self sabotage?
Do you find that you can react disproportionately in situations?
Perhaps you have unexplained pains, aches or other bodily symptoms?

What happens in session?
The Healing Rooms provides a space for women to reconnect, lighten what is on their hearts and minds with gentle facilitated support.

Structure
Opening – to support grounding and entry into the space
Topic – either pre-selected, or organic from opening shares
