The series is designed for beginners but also welcomes those with previous experience.

Everyone wants to be happy and no one wants to suffer, but very few people understand the real causes of happiness and suffering. All our life we have tried to adjust to the external world and situations, trying to make them conform to our wishes, yet still we have not found pure and lasting happiness. In this talk, we'll learn about how to develop our own inner peace that we can take with us into our life. No experience is necessary. Every welcome!
