Event: X7 Weekday Bootcamp
Join us the for the X7 The Free Extreme Outdoor Workout.
This event will test your limits with a combination of intense cardio, strength training, and obstacle courses. Get ready to push yourself to the next level and conquer obstacles together with our supportive community of fitness enthusiasts.
When:
0600-0700
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
We start promptly at 6AM so please arrive early
(*) August 09 will feature a special launch event
What:
A challenging one-hour workout in and around Benjakitti Park that will challenge you to complete sets of cardio and body weight exercises including sprinting, skipping, push-ups, planks, squats, pull-ups and the like.
A typical workout might look like this (based on a workout last month), but they very from session to session:
Part 1:
- 20 Decline pushups
- 20 Lunges walks
- Run 400 meters
- 12 Push up rotations
- 10 Burpee Broad Jumps
- Run 400 meters
Part 2:
Amrap 15 minutes:
- 10 Mushroom pushups
- 10 Incline pushups
- Run 400 meters
- 20 split squats
- Run 400 meters
Part 3:
Amrap 15 minutes
- 10 Incline pushups
- 10 Decline pushups
- 10 Wide pushups
- 10 Leg-outs
- 10 leg flutters
- Run 400 meters
Conclusion:
- The 7-7-7 Push-Up
Where:
Meet at the small stadium that is about 150 meters from Benjakitti Park Asoke Entrance in Bangkok. The park is within easy walking distance of the Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. See link below
How Much:
Free: X7 is a volunteer-based organization: There are no fees to join or participate
Size:
The group is quite small and averages 4-6 people per session. It is limited to 12 per session
What to Bring:
Water and good spirit. There is no place to store a bag, so you will need to carry what you bring
