Bei der Swiss Usability Night testest Du die Gebrauchstauglichkeit echter Softwarelösungen, teilst Deine Beobachtungen und lernst nette Leute kennen. Diesmal mit drei Neuerungen.
Wir prüfen eine Website, und Du siehst dabei zu.
Gleich zu Beginn starten wir eine Prüfung an einer echten Kundenwebsite, mit KI-gestützten Agenten. Sie läuft dann eine Stunde lang weiter, während wir über etwas anderes reden: darüber, wo digitale Kundenwege heute Umsatz, Conversion und Vertrauen kosten, und warum es meistens niemand merkt.
Nach vierzig Minuten schauen wir gemeinsam hin. Was bis dahin herausgekommen ist, weiss vorher niemand von uns genau. Genau das ist der Punkt: So eine Prüfung ist nicht auf Knopfdruck fertig, und was sie findet, muss ein Mensch einordnen.
Diesen Teil übernimmt ein UI/UX-Experte.
Zu Gast: Cinzia Bonetta, CEO von MaiQ
MaiQ entwickelt MaiQ AgentC, die Agenten-Plattform, mit der wir arbeiten. Ihre CEO ist an diesem Abend dabei und stellt vor, was die Technologie heute leistet und wohin sie sich entwickelt.

Im zweiten Teil des Abends nimmst Du dieselbe Website vor, von Hand, gemeinsam mit den anderen im Raum. Am Schluss legen wir beides nebeneinander: die Breite aus dem Agentenlauf und den Blick der Menschen im Raum. Dieser Teil ist der Grund, warum es sich lohnt, nach Zürich zu kommen.

At Swiss Usability Night you test the usability of real software, share what you find and meet interesting people. This time with three additions.
We check a website while you watch. Right at the start we launch a check on a real customer website, using AI-driven agents. It then keeps running for an hour while we talk about something else: where digital customer journeys cost revenue, conversion and trust today, and why nobody usually notices. After forty minutes we look at it together. What it found by then, none of us knows in advance. That is exactly the point: a check like this is not finished at the push of a button, and what it finds has to be weighed by a person. A UI/UX expert takes that part.

MaiQ builds MaiQ AgentC, the agent platform we work with. Their CEO joins us that evening and presents what the technology does today and where it is heading.
Then you test for yourself In the second part of the evening you take on the same website by hand, together with everyone else in the room. At the end we put both side by side: the breadth from the agent run and what the people in the room noticed. This part is the reason to come to Zurich.
