December Book Club: Harry Potter Spectacular!

It's the busiest, merriest time of the year – let's not add any more stress to our plates but instead indulge in warm fuzzies and nostalgia. This month, we're going to reminisce about a classic series you've (hopefully) read already: Harry Potter!
This is going to be a hybrid book club/ holiday party! Here's the plan:
FUN, GENERAL DISCUSSION
Be prepared to talk about:
- your favorite Harry Potter character
- the books vs. the movies
- which character(s) you'd recast in the movies
WHITE ELEPHANT BOOK SWAP
Bring a wrapped book to exchange! (Preferably YA/young adult genre.) We'll each take home a book that we can put under the tree at home.
CARDS AGAINST MUGGLES
For those who are interested, we'll play a special HP-themed version of Cards Against Humanity!
RAFFLE
Just for funzies, we'll have a raffle for a special Harry Potter prize pack! (No purchased tickets or anything, just a free gift basket for the winner.)

LOGISTICS
Venue: We have reserved the gallery room of Coffee Underground (it's the room right before you get to the theater). Everyone is encouraged to buy a drink or a snack to support CU!
Parking: No need to pay for parking! The West Washington Street Deck has free parking after 6pm and is a 4-5 minute walk away from Coffee Underground.
Attire: Dress in something festive or Harry Potter themed! Use this as an excuse to dress up fancy or in your tackiest Christmas sweater – we don't care what you wear, just that you come and have a good time. But a party's always a good excuse to wear something fun, isn't it?
What to bring: a wrapped (Y.A.) book for the gift exchange, if you want to participate and thoughts/feelings about the Harry Potter series.
