We will be gathering outdoors in the beautiful Adliswil forest from 14:00–18:30. The weather forecast looks excellent, with around 22°C and no rain expected.
Step into a slower, softer rhythm of connection in nature.
Sensual Earth invites you into a grounded exploration of movement, presence and connection with the body. We gather around cacao, singing, conscious connection, gentle movement and a relaxed embodied dance journey in the forest.
We are happy to welcome Irene, who will be co-leading the cacao ceremony and bringing her unique blend of embodiment, healing and transformational work.
Dr Irene Otero Fernandez is a holistic therapist and tantric facilitator, with 7+ years of international experience, who helps people heal from trauma and shame - and empower themselves into confidence.
With a unique blend of depth psychology, tantric massage and shamanic kink, Irene guides the way to shine light on the shadows like no other. Combining ancient wisdom with modern science, spirituality and embodiment, to find the inner balance of yin & yang we're all looking for 🙏

After the main program, you're welcome to stay for community connection and an optional potluck. Charcoal and basic BBQ equipment will be available. Feel free to bring something to grill, food to share, or drinks for yourself and others. The BBQ is self-organized by the community.

We use instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, drum, and gentle voice, along with palo santo or sage for energetic cleansing. These vibrations support release, grounding, and guide you back into inner harmony.
