Yannick's Coaching Lab: Coaching with Bricks with Theresa Quinn

WELCOME TO YANNICK'S COACHING LAB!

Be a fly on the wall for a live 45min coaching demo, followed by a debrief, Q&A and conversations with the coach and client, and a chance to practice and experiment in triads in breakout rooms afterwards. You'll get to learn from interesting and experienced practitioners, connect with other coaches and generally have some fun and experiment in a safe and confidential environment.

I'm still inspired by last year's Coaching Lab using LEGO in coaching. So I'm excited to welcome Theresa, who has made it her mission to add real depth to this approach by dedicating her PhD reserach to the topic. Theresa has shaped this approach with great care and commitment, already published on the topic in journals and books, and so I can't wait to see what it looks like in practice!

BIO & APPROACH

Theresa Quinn BA (Hons) MSc is a coaching psychologist who holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Strathclyde University, and a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from University of East London. As a qualified facilitator for Lego Serious Play for Positive Psychology, Theresa has explored the use of Lego Serious Play within a Positive Psychology framework in individual coaching, publishing her research and developing the Triple-E coaching psychology framework. Currently, her PhD research is exploring Coaching with Bricks for both neurotypical and neurodiverse coachees. Theresa is a self-employed coach primarily working with neurodivergent clients wanting to thrive in their organisations.

RECORDINGS - where coach and client give their permission for the session to be used for training purposes (they will have 1 week post-event to veto or request edits), recordings will be made available to members. This also means that by participating in the Q&A and discussion you agree to be recorded.
