You can attend our regular Yoga Classes in Porto, Rua de Sacadura Cabral 52 , or escape with to a Mountain Retreat at Yantra Yoga Camp .
The Yoga Camp is located in Soajo, on the outer rim of the National Park and surrounded by a breathtaking landscape of granith boulders coming out of the hills. covered in native forest and watered by numerous springs that with the irregular geology form all sorts of pools, ponds and wells to jump in and swim. The scenery and the wild will remind you of your natural habitat as you pursue your yoga practice .
