Ultimate Frisbee Along the Rideau River!

Come join us for some Ultimate Frisbee fun on Sunday afternoons this spring, summer and fall on the linear park that runs adjacent to the Rideau River. All skill levels are welcome. You can bring friends and family members as well. Teams will be made on the spot. I will provide pinnies, frisbee and cones. Your welcome to bring additional frisbees.

There’s parking at Strathcona park and on Range road, as well as the Rideau Sports Centre (1 Donald Street on opposite side of foot bridge )

In addition to meetup, I will post the event on other social media as well. We should always have good numbers every week. Hope to see you this season :)
