Avant de pouvoir vous présenter avec confiance auprès des employeurs, vous devez d’abord bien vous connaître. Cet atelier vous aidera à développer une meilleure conscience de vous-même en explorant vos forces, vos intérêts, vos valeurs et vos traits de personnalité — des éléments clés qui influencent non seulement votre recherche d’emploi, mais aussi votre satisfaction et votre réussite au travail.

Bien que les exercices d’autoévaluation ne vous donnent pas de réponses toutes faites ni de prédictions claires sur ce que vous « devriez » faire, ils constituent un excellent point de départ. Ces outils vous aident à identifier des tendances, à réfléchir à ce qui vous motive et vous stimule, et à acquérir la clarté nécessaire pour prendre des décisions professionnelles confiantes et réfléchies. Ils peuvent également mettre en lumière les domaines dans lesquels vous pourriez souhaiter développer de nouvelles compétences, évoluer ou explorer davantage — afin de vous permettre de franchir des étapes stratégiques dans votre parcours professionnel.

Mieux comprendre qui vous êtes et ce que vous avez à offrir vous permet de vous exprimer avec assurance lors des entrevues, de rédiger des candidatures plus solides et de faire des choix de carrière éclairés. La connaissance de soi vous donne aussi les mots justes pour communiquer votre valeur d’une manière qui résonne auprès des employeurs et qui s’aligne sur des opportunités qui comptent vraiment pour vous.
