Join us for a unique 14 km hike through one of Europe’s most iconic historical landscapes: the Verdun battlefield area. This is a chance to immerse yourself—just for a few hours—in the atmosphere of the First World War, walking along paths that weave between shell craters, old trenches, and the remains of forts that once shaped the course of history.
This hike is not only a physical experience but also a journey through memory, offering a powerful sense of place and perspective.
- Distance: ~14 km
- Difficulty: Moderate
- Duration: Around 4 hours with a break for lunch
- Terrain: Undulating forest paths, cratered ground, preserved trench lines, and fortified positions
- The hike will ends around 16:00, for those who want we can go to Verdun and have a drink on a terrasse in the center
