Eischen Mushroom Hike (12-15km)

Hello Friends!

It has been raining this week and it's still warm, the perfect weather conditions for mushrooms.

We were in the area around Eischen a couple of times already, and I remember as if it was just a few weeks ago, when we managed to lose 1 person in that forest, while we were a group of just 9 people :)

I have a rough idea where to go, but the exact route I will decide spontaneously, because I want to follow some small paths that are not part of the official marked trails, to increase the chance that we find some mushrooms.
But no worries, it will not be as "experimental" as last time :)

After around 8-10km there is the perfect spot for our lunch break, it depends which paths we take before, when we will reach it exactly, but from there it will be just 4km back to Eischen.

Public Transport:
You can take bus 812 from "Stäreplaz", leaving at 10:06 towards "Eischen".
It will arrive at the bus stop "Eischen, Denn Mairie" at 10:45 and we will start the hike shortly after that.

Meeting Point:
"Eischen, Denn Mairie". There are a few parking opportunities around.

According to the weather forecast, it will be around 22 degrees and no rain.
But be prepared, and maybe bring an umbrella. The more umbrellas we have, the less likely we will have to use them (Murphy's weather forecast)
