Come and join us every Thursday morning for an awakening and nurturing Yin practice!
What to expect:
We'll be bringing our awareness inwards by focusing on specific target areas of the body to support felt sensation, as we gently release tension through the fascia muscular system.
The energetic elements of nature and the Meridian system (from Traditional Chinese Medicine) will tie in to the postures, bringing a deeper quality of presence to your practice.
What to bring:
Just you, some water and comfy clothes for yoga practice. All mats, props including blocks and bolsters, cushions and blankets are provided. There is a small space for changing.
This class is for you if:
You already love Yin Yoga or you’re a little curious about longer held postures, the energetic body, and exploring the felt sense though the experiential realm.
Whether you're a beginner/new to Yin or a seasoned yogi, there is room for you. The beauty of Yin taught in a functional style is it's accessibility to everybody.
Morning classes (Thursdays 09.00 - 10.00) will encourage Yin energy to support rising Yang - a great way to start your day, working through the main muscle groups of the body
Each class begins with a short meditation.
