•This question—"Why do I have to get ill?"—was asked five hundred years ago by Sanatana Gosvami to his spiritual master - Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. His Holiness replied that disease is one of the four natural miseries of material existence: birth, disease, old age, and death. Ultimately, disease is caused not by infection or by bad diet or by overwork; it is due to taking a material body.

•In the invocation to the Isopanishad, the perfection of holistic life is enunciated. Why we pursue completeness, why we want to be whole? The reason, very simply, is that we are constitutionally whole. It's inherent.

•If enough people understand and begin now to practice simple living and high thinking, humanity can hope to see the revival of a natural lifestyle and higher consciousness.

•Approach

• Educate the principles of the age old Vedic science of holistic health - Ayurveda espounded by the seers. This science propounds preventive, curative and enrichment of all the aspects of health – spiritual, mental and physical. Food, lifestyle, actions, environment and family are factors which contribute to one's health

• Inspire individuals to embrace whatever it takes to lead a purposeful healthy life. Serving and protecting desé cows, swithching to chemical-free foods, changing lifestyle are just few of the many aspects for leading a holistic healthy life

•Reciprocate appropriately by facilitating to educate and inspire more people

•Organize seminars to create awareness on holistic wellness - the need of the hour •Sell chemical-free foods and products prepared of it naturally, procured from farmers

•Conduct wellness camps where root cause of a disease is identified by the traditional methods for anyone to benefit from the fruits of the ancient science

•Counselling on adopting a simple and healthy lifestyle, guidance to enable transition

• Promote desé cow's main 5 byproducts- milk, curds, ghee, gobar and gomütra - simply termed as gavya, by manufacture and sales of various medicines, health supplements, home needs and the like
