Yog Sadhana Nürnberg is a welcoming space for conscious movement, breathwork, and meditation rooted in traditional yogic practice.

More than just physical postures, our sessions weave together movement, pranayama (breathwork), and dhyāna (meditation) into a complete practice for balance, clarity, and inner stillness.
