Whether yoga is your primary practice or a complement to running, strength training, cycling, martial arts, swimming, or other activities, Yog Sadhana offers tools that support mobility, recovery, breath awareness, focus, and overall well-being.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice, you are warmly welcome.
Our approach is simple and accessible — helping make yoga part of daily life, whether you have 10 minutes or 90.
