About us
A relaxing class that starts with a meditation to draw your attention inwards and help you find space between your thoughts. We’ll continue with a soothing postural practice to ease tensions and knots in the physical body and close with breathing exercises, a different meditation or mantras.
To integrate the practice, we’ll finish with a delicious shavāsana with everything you need to sink into a deep state of relaxation – think a comfy bolster under your knees, a blanket to keep you cosy and a cooling eye mask. You’ll awaken renewed.
