💛WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement, on the bluff overlooking the ocean in beautiful La Jolla.

💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify your yoga practice as needed to stay true to yourself.

💛CLASS ITINERARY:
9:00 am~ Yoga Class begins.
10:00-10:15~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation

💛WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen
*Water

💙 Class Fee = $ 15 CASH preferred, or Venmo

💛PARKING: Plenty of street parking.
