Sea-side Yoga Session 🌊

Dear Yogis,
Join me for a sunset yoga practice by the ocean!

On wednesday, May 28th, I'll be guiding a yoga class at Praia de Ourigo in Foz, right on the rocks by the sea.

As the sun sets, we let go of the busyness of the day, using our breath to guide us into stillness - finding peace within, in both body and mind.

After class, I’ll have tea for everyone!

✨ All levels are welcome!
We’ll meet directly on the platform at Praia de Ourigo that you can see from the stairs.

Price: 5€

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or towel (let me know if you need one!)
• Comfortable clothes
• A sweater or blanket in case it gets chilly
• Bring a block if you like and have
