🌞 Sunset Yoga & Tea

Join me on thursday, 21.05. for a evening yogaclass on our yoga platform at Praia de Ourigo. 🌊

We’ll flow through a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, open to all levels. The practice includes also breathing techniques and meditation. Strengthen the body, calm the mind, look inward, and find your balance.🙏✨

🧺 After class: Let's have a tea and connect – maybe even take a dip in the sea.

Don't forget:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat (blocks if you have)
🧥 Sweater – it can get cool
