Join Yoga Church for an embodied exploration of this space through Kirtan, Meditation and Vinyasa Yoga. Our yoga practice will hone in on the hips, seeking balance, opening and stability amidst the fluctuating tides of this emotion-driven space.

Alexi Neal has been teaching yoga for 6 years. She was originally certified in Bhakti Vinyasa, a style of Vinyasa that invites connection to the divine through movement. In Spring of 2018 she completed her certification as a Reiki Master. Her continuing yoga education has included extensive studies in the subtle body and energy systems. She is in the final stages of becoming a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist.
