✨Unwind and get grounded with a few gentle stretches and calming breathwork
✨Harness the energy with astrology insights to support the journey.
✨Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowl sound bath w/ other healing tools, the pure ocean waves, and sacred music/mantra by the shore.
✨Meditate 🧘‍♀️ under the stars, rejuvenate in nature, and have a beautiful evening with the March Full Moon.
✨At the end of the session, take a moment to dip your toes into the sacred ocean waters ༄ and let go of everything that no longer serves you in a seaside release ritual, all while admiring the shimmering full moon over the sea.
