Are you curious about how yoga could benefit you?
Flexibility, strength, power, calmness, clarity and peace can all be found in a yoga practice. If you're looking to try it out, or return to something you used to enjoy, come along to a busy class in central London and make connections... to yourself and to other men. <br>All levels are welcome as options and modifications will be given.
And if you’re interested in some focussed, one on one attention, private sessions are a terrific way of mastering the basics or going deeper in an established practice. I also offer to incorporate shiatsu and massage into your session if you like.
In a 1:1 session, I can help you
- work towards specific goals such as upper body or core strength, balance or flexibility
- more fully integrate your spirituality and sexuality through tantric yoga
- learn tools for depression, anxiety, fatigue or stress.
Yoga, meditation and massage are such valuable resources to draw upon and ones that can serve you your whole life.
Group classes and private sessions happen at Buddha on a Bicycle, Endell Street, Covent Garden.
£15 per group class or £72 for a block of 6.
Private sessions are £65/£85 for 60/90 minutes.
