Yoga for Healthcare Workers

Dear Healthcare workers,

It is with deep gratitude and acknowledgement of the often impossibly challenging work you do for us that we created a yoga class just for you. We have planned a unique and purposeful yoga class brought to you by Kashi Atlanta in collaboration with our nonprofit organization. This class is thoughtfully designed with healthcare workers in mind, recognizing the unprecedented stress they face in today's demanding healthcare environment. Our trauma-informed approach seeks to provide a supportive space and offers valuable tools for nervous system regulation. We’ll feature a rotating array of yoga styles including restorative, gentle flow, yoga nidra, mind-body practices, fun & play, vibrational sound therapy, and others. We will emphasize coordination, core stability, functional movements, balance, and brain health, always with the goal of supporting the physical and mental well-being of all participants. No matter your level of yoga experience, all are welcome to join. For ALL healthcare workers and those who love them. Whether you are a doctor, nurse, nursing/medical assistant, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, first-responder, rad tech, physical therapist, respiratory therapist, healthcare educators, occupational therapist, SLP, leader, EMS, mental health professional, etc., you are all invited to come help us create this unique and supportive community!
