This style of breath-work uses a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern in and out of the mouth for 45-55 minutes that allows you to access altered states of consciousness, much like a deep meditation or dreamlike journey.
Through this technique, you may experience: Emotional release & healing. A profound sense of clarity & inner wisdom. Energetic renewal & expansion Deep relaxation & stress relief Connection to your intuition & heart’s truth. This is a sacred invitation to let go of what no longer serves you, step into your power, and awaken a higher version of yourself.

This evening experience weaves together gentle guided meditation and reflective soul writing—an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen to the wisdom within.Our writing practice is more than journaling. It is a space for self-inquiry, inner dialogue, and deep reflection. Through simple but powerful prompts, you’ll explore your thoughts, patterns, and truths with compassion and curiosity. This is self-awareness work in motion—pen to paper, soul to self.
Surrounded by nature, supported by community, and held by the beauty of the setting sun—this is your sacred space to release, realign, and remember who you are.
Whether you’re new to meditation and writing or returning home to these practices, all are welcome.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or something to sit or lie on
A blanket
A Journal and pen
Water
An eye covering (optional but recommended)
Optional items for extra comfort:
Bug spray
Sunblock
A bolster or pillow
Anything else you may need to feel supported and comfortable
