Full Moon Grief & Rage Release Ceremony
Details
Full Moon Grief & Rage Release Ceremony
Saturday, May 30th | 5:30–8:00 PM
Brave Yoga Studio
6460 E Yale Ave, Denver
A donation-based ceremonial experience for releasing what the body, heart, and nervous system have been carrying for far too long.
This Full Moon gathering is an invitation to safely move stagnant emotion through the body — through breath, movement, sound, reflection, release, and deep restoration.
So many of us have been taught to suppress our anger, silence our grief, and hold everything together for everyone else. But unexpressed emotion doesn’t disappear… it lives in the body.
Together, we will create a safe and sacred container to explore:
Rage that was never allowed to be expressed
Grief that still aches beneath the surface
Exhaustion from carrying too much for too long. The deep desire to finally let go
This experience may include:
Guided grounding & breathwork
Soul Writing & reflective journaling prompts
Somatic rage release through movement, sound, and expression
Pillow pounding / physical release exercises
Guided grief meditation
Full Moon release ritual
Cosmic sound bath & integration
This is not about “losing control.”
This is about giving the body permission to safely feel, express, release, and soften.
Come exactly as you are.
No performance. No pressure. No need to hold it all together here.
Please Bring:
Yoga mat
Blanket(s)
Pillow(s) for rage release/punching exercises
Journal + pen
Eye covering
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
Crystals, sacred items, or anything that helps you feel grounded and safe
Optional: towel, tissues, extra layers, altar offerings, stuffed animals, comfort items, cozy socks, or anything that helps you feel supported
***The more comfortable and supported you can make your space, the better. Bring all the blankets, pillows, softness, and comfort your nervous system is craving. Create yourself a little nest for the evening.
This is a donation-based offering.
All emotions are welcome here.
