About us
Hi, I'm Federica. I'm a researcher in occupational health and a yoga teacher, and I've spent eighteen years studying what stress does to the body. Here I teach the other half of that story: what happens when the body is finally allowed to slow down.
Yin is what I focus on now, and what you'll find in most of my sessions: long-held postures, breathwork, and a lot of quiet. I'm also trained in Hatha and Vinyasa, so if a group or a private student needs something more active, we build that instead.
I teach outdoors, in the parks and meadows around Megève, online, and one to one. No performance, no sequence to memorise. Beginners and experienced practitioners equally welcome.
Bring a mat, a blanket and a warm layer for the final rest. Outdoor sessions depend on the weather, so I post the exact meeting in the registration link.

YIN YOGA LAB
·OnlineOnlineYin Lab | Online yoga
Yin Lab is a laboratory: you practise, and you understand what happens to your body when it slows down.
I am Federica Masci, an occupational health researcher and yoga teacher. I have studied stress for eighteen years, in the lab and in the field. In Yin Lab I bring what I know about the nervous system into a slow practice of long held postures, read through the symbolic map of Chinese medicine.
What to expect
• postures held three to five minutes, always with props
• a short explanation each time of what is happening to fascia, breath and nervous system
• no performance, no level required
Who it is for
People who work a lot, sleep badly, and notice they have lost their slow gear. Beginners welcome.
What you need
A mat, two cushions or a blanket, a connection. Live online sessions.
Join the group to get the dates of the next cycles.
Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 7PM, for 75 minutes. Info and registration: https://bit.ly/Yin_Lab2 attendees - €16.00
