FREE class and bring a Friend!

Amy and Sydney have been teaching "Yoga in the Park" since 2006. It is time for change and new beginnings. Pixie will be taking over "Yoga in the Park" and we think you will enjoy her classes and all that she has to offer you. :)

Our class will consist of a yoga set and a short meditation for new beginnings! We will provide refreshments and a time to meet your new teacher Pixie. Yoga from 10am to 11am and refreshments from 11am to 12pm.

Please arrive 10 minutes early because we begin at 10:00AM promptly and end at 11:00AM.

Sydney/Siri Nath and Amy/Sat Prem are Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructors. We have members coming from more than one meetup group. Join us!

All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat or blanket to sit on and wear comfortable clothing for a Kundalini and meditation set. Wear shoes you can slip off because Kundalini Yoga is barefoot. We recommend to bring water to keep hydrated. If you don't want to sit cross-legged, you can bring a portable chair.

This is a public park so there will be children laughing, dogs barking, people playing sports or small gatherings. We embrace all the distractions and let them go.
