Our class will consist of a yoga set, a meditation and then we will write on what makes you feel abundant. What is abundance mean to you? I will offer paper and pens.
Please arrive 10 minutes early because we begin at 10:00AM promptly and ends at 11:00AM.
Sydney/Siri Nath and Amy/Sat Prem are Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructors. We have members coming from both of our meetup groups. Join us. All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat or blanket to sit on and wear comfortable clothing for a Kundalini and meditation set. Bring some water. Wear shoes you can slip off because Kundalini Yoga is barefoot. If you don't want to sit cross-legged, you can bring a portable chair. This is a public park so there will be children laughing, dogs barking, people playing sports or small gatherings.
