The purpose of this group is to create a community for local yogis. It is a place where like minded people come together to inspire one another. All levels of practice are welcome, even if you are new to yoga. The goal is to have fun and to meet new people.

Our class will consist of a yoga set and a short meditation to let go and release all that doesn't serve you anymore.
Please arrive 10 minutes early because we begin at 10:00AM promptly and end at 11:00AM.
Sydney/Siri Nath and Amy/Sat Prem are Kundalini Research Institute Certified Yoga Instructors. We have members coming from more than one meetup group. Join us!
All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat or blanket to sit on and wear comfortable clothing for a Kundalini and meditation set. Wear shoes you can slip off because Kundalini Yoga is barefoot. We recommend to bring water to keep hydrated. If you don't want to sit cross-legged, you can bring a portable chair.
This is a public park so there will be children laughing, dogs barking, people playing sports or small gatherings. We embrace all the distractions and let them go.
