Apex's First Yoga Festival! Organized by Peak Fit Events, this festival has something for everyone, including children and seniors (who attend free of charge). The event is indoors at the Apex Senior Center.

I will be leading Gentle Yoga at 1:45. As many of you know, I have been recovering from surgery this winter and have taken a break from teaching yoga. This will be my first public class of 2025. I will be leading a breath-centered practice designed to support you in being gentle with yourself, so you can tend to the spaces that need healing and honor your body's needs moment to moment.
There will also be at least a dozen classes to choose from and you can sign up for those that sound like the perfect fit for your practice!
We can use the discussion thread to arrange meeting up with other members from the group.
