Yoga and Meditation in the Triangle area of North Carolina lead by Tiffany Candioti of Yoga in the Triangle. Yoga in the Triangle's classes are a seamless blend of movement, breath and music designed to be accessible for all levels. Tiffany strives to blend the traditional teachings of yoga with the concerns of the modern world, helping you feel strong and flexible in your body and clear and calm in your mind.

Practicing yoga together in-person is essential to regulating our nervous systems, building community and making connections with like minded people. Being outdoors in nature together can be deeply healing.
