Join us for a full day of FREE fitness workouts from local fitness studios and popular fitness instructors! The HS FIT FEST is the first-ever fitness festival in Holly Springs at Ting Stadium. Enjoy a day of fitness fun and try fitness classes ranging from yoga to boot camp. All workouts are beginner-friendly, instructors will have modifications, and are also suitable for fitness gurus! There will be food from diverse food trucks, fitness challenges, vendors and more!
Tiffany from Yoga in the Triangle will be leading GENTLE YOGA at 11:20am on the stadium turf. This will be a low-impact class perfect for beginners, for recovery from a workout or for a low impact, chill experience during the middle of your day.
