Hello, I am Tiffany Cole Candioti, yoga teacher and longtime practitioner. I have been leading yoga and meditation experiences in the Triangle since 2018 and practicing since 1996. My intention for this series is to offer the community a practice all bodies can access in order to nourish and energize us during challenging cycles in our personal and global lives.
