This group is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and nourish both body and mind.
We meet in Seoul for guided yoga and meditation sessions in English, open to all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or already have a regular practice, you are warmly welcome here.
Our sessions combine mindful movement, breath awareness, relaxation, and meditation to help you release stress, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner balance.
Beyond the practice, this is also a space to meet like-minded people, share positive energy, and enjoy a meaningful pause from the busy rhythm of city life. Come as you are — just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own
