Welcome to the Yoga, Mental Health & Wellness group. This is a space for those who wish to seek for non-medical advice and alternative natural healing advice pertaining to the rising mental health problems that many people are facing now.

The modality of this groups approach is to encourage individuals to be mindful of their health through practice of Yoga and accessible self-care & wellness practice.

In our gathering, the host will be sharing tips for self-care and may invite speakers to share about their successful experience.

Please help to keep this a kind and supportive space and avoid self promotion or any form of advertisement. Unrelated posts shall be taken down by administrators without questions asked.
