As the days grow longer and nature moves into a new pace, take time to realign, refresh, and set intentions for the season ahead. Join us for a special Autumn Equinox Retreatโa time to honour natures natural rhythm of taking in and letting go, through gentle yoga, meditation, and ritual.

We'll enjoy some gentle yoga focussed on the lung meridian and the metal element, interwoven with breath and body-based meditations. Our ritual will align with the energy of the season - letting go and creating space for renewal.
We'll finish around 4.30pm with tea and opportunity to connect.

Mindfulness
Happiness is a skill. This is what the ancient practice of mindfulness teaches, and what modern psychology research has shown. The wonderful thing is that this skill, just like driving or dancing, can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime.
v Learn the fundamentals of Mindfulness through an accredited teacher with the support of a group;
v Learn accessible techniques for Mindfulness in daily life;
v Receive weekly handouts with tips for home practice and links to online meditations;
v Connect with other meditators and mindfulness practitioners from your local area.
10-Week Course
This course includes both modern psychology and ancient meditation. We will investigate how mindfulness works, the qualities of mindfulness, how to practice (a range of techniques), investigating thoughts and habits, turning towards difficulty, watching suffering dissolve, the power of kindness and interconnectedness.
Each week weโll explore some theory, practice, and have the opportunity to check-in around how our home practice has been and what weโve noticed that particular week. Every week will include a different online guided meditation to practice at home, and a different Mindfulness in Daily Life practice. With the support of the group and facilitator, we will build up a range of meditation and mindfulness tools to use in meditation and throughout daily life.
The cost of the course includes:
* Online guided meditations which you have access to for the rest of your life;
* A book to accompany the course โ this means you donโt need to take notes, itโs light, easy reading which covers what is taught in the course;
* A workbook to record your meditation and mindfulness practice experiences in โ this helps to reflect on practice and record progress.
At the end of the 10-week course you will have a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and know how to apply them in your life in a way that really makes a difference. Through home practice and by reflecting on your experience, you will have built up daily habits and mindfulness practices which make life flow with ease.โIโm already noticing big changes in myself. Is this Course for You?
This course is for anyone who wants to live life fully. It is for people who experience anxiety, stress, and for anyone who wants to make the most out of life.
There are limited spaces on the course, and itโs important to be able to commit for the duration of the course. In order to make the most of this opportunity, you need to be able to attend 80% of sessions and create time throughout the week for formal meditation practice (around 20 minutes a day), mindfulness in daily life practices, and to read the material provided. The reading material is optional, but it will enhance understanding and support your practice.Cost, Venue and How to Book
