Step into the light and celebrate the peak of the sun’s energy at our half-day Summer Solstice retreat, designed to align your body, mind, and spirit with the vibrant fullness of the season. Inspired by Seasonal Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, this immersive experience honours the Fire element, symbolising joy, passion, connection, and spiritual growth.

Through energising yet grounding gentle yoga, qi gong, breathwork, and meditation, we’ll support the heart and small intestine meridians—the emotional core of summer. These practices help us cultivate inner warmth, clarity, and connection. We’ll also journey inward with meditation, yoga nidra, reflection and ritual, embracing the solstice as a powerful moment to pause, celebrate, and realign with your inner fire.

This retreat is your opportunity to expand into your fullest self, supported by the sun’s golden light and the nurturing rhythm of community. We welcome beginners and those with experience - just bring your curiosity and openness to receive.
