About us
A space to explore the many dimensions of yoga through movement, breath, stillness, ritual, and self-inquiry.
Our classes use intentional movement and breath to explore energy in the body, cultivating awareness, presence, and deeper connection. Each class draws from different aspects of yoga philosophy and practice, inviting exploration beyond the physical postures.
Alongside regular classes, we offer gatherings that explore the integration of yoga and meditation with other mindful practices such as tea, journaling, creative expression, and ritual.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are.

### Series Description
The Yamas and Niyamas are the first two limbs of Patanjali’s eight-limbed path of yoga. The Yamas offer five practices of restraint in how we relate to the world, while the Niyamas offer five practices of self-cultivation. Often described as ethical principles, they can also be understood as practices for working with the tendencies of the mind and cultivating greater clarity, steadiness, and freedom.
This five-week series explores the Yamas as a lived practice through asana, prana, meditation, and reflection. Each 75-minute session will focus on one of the five Yamas:
- Ahimsa · non-harming
- Satya · truthfulness
- Asteya · non-stealing
- Brahmacharya · wise use of energy
- Aparigraha · non-possessiveness
Each session will include:
- An introduction to the week’s Yama and its place within the yoga tradition
- An asana and prana practice inspired by the teaching
- A short meditation
- Reflection or journaling, with space for questions, discussion, or sharing
All levels welcome — No previous study of yoga philosophy is required
