In this practice, we'll focus on reducing stress & anxiety and cultivating inner peace while also incorporating Core Strength Vinyasa.

This full-body yoga practice will soothe your nervous system, calm your mind, and help you find inner peace. All while honoring any emotions that may arise throughout the class with an open heart.

Learn to trust the healing power of your body and breath, and on the other side, you will effectively let go of all fear, tension, doubt, and worry.

My goal is to help you tap into your inner peace and strength, fostering a sense of community among like-minded individuals. I'll be hosting meetups for those interested in connecting with others who share similar aspirations, creating an environment conducive to self-discovery and personal growth, apart from the yoga classes.

This class is for students of all levels and genders.
