How are yoga and social justice connected—and why does that connection matter now?

Yoga offers more than physical practices. Its philosophy gives us ways to explore how we relate to ourselves, to one another, and to the communities and systems we are part of.

In this in-person Yoga & Social Justice Circle, we’ll explore those connections together through the Eight Limbs of Yoga, reflection, conversation, and collective care.

The circle may include guided reflection, discussion, meditation, and accessible movement.
No previous yoga experience is required. Come as you are, with your questions, experiences, and curiosity.
