🌞Yoga + tea + summer talk
Ola! Next Thursday, 03.09 17:00, while it's warm and trees are still green, we meet up in Viktoria park for a yoga session and continue with a talk about what this summer has brought for each one of us.

Yoga will be performed for us by the wonderful @ivankidman. It fits all the levels. No experience required, just a will to practice and a yoga mat ⚖️
For the talk we will create a circle, where, in the easy atmosphere, each will be given an opportunity to share what meaningful has happened during this summer to one.🌱
The format of the summer talk is to share one photo, that depicts your summer the best way and to explain it in 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, the circle feedback, if asked, will follow.
The green Chinese tea ceremony will be offered by @serendave.
We will do a shared table, so feel free to bring a snack or a drink of your choice. As well you can just bring a little donation, and I will bring the food on your behalf.
For those who want to enjoy activity or free talks will be a place next to the circle.
It's possible to join for just a part of the gathering.
Suggestions on what to bring:
•Yoga mat
•Little snack/drink for you and a friend
• Some warm clothes/blankets for the sunset
• Games like badminton, paddle, frisbee

The event is free and for everyone.
The recommended donation is 10-15€. It allows us to bring stuff for those who are on a low budget and generally adds a great motivation to continue organizing these gatherings for you.
