What we’re about

My classes focus on Hatha Yoga. Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work.

Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ) followed by Sun Salutations, Asanas and finally cooling off with relaxation.

Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana.
